About Cocopoint X Karthkeya Fibres
Founded in 2022, Cocopoint X Karthkeya Fibres brings together two dedicated divisions under one mission — to deliver high-quality, eco-friendly growing and coir solutions to customers around the world.

Cocopoint is our cocopeat manufacturing unit, specializing in premium-grade cocopeat blocks, grow bags, and substrates designed for nurseries, hydroponics, and large-scale agriculture.

Karthkeya Fibres, our coir manufacturing division, focuses on producing strong, durable coir fiber products that meet global standards for versatility and sustainability.

Together, we combine innovation, consistency, and care to support a greener future — one fiber at a time.

Our Process
At Cocopoint X Karthkeya Fibres, every product begins with nature’s finest resource — the coconut husk. Through a careful and sustainable production process, we ensure our cocopeat and coir fibre meet the highest international standards.

Processing the Coconut Husk
Fresh coconut husks are collected and processed to separate coir fibre and cocopeat. This initial step forms the base of all our products — strong fibre for coir materials and rich cocopeat for growing media

Drying and Baling the Fibre
The polished coir fibre is thoroughly dried to remove moisture and ensure durability. Once ready, it’s compressed into uniform bales, ready for packing, export, or further production
Washing the Cocopeat
The separated cocopeat is spread into large beds and washed repeatedly to reduce its EC (Electrical Conductivity) levels. This process ensures the cocopeat is plant-safe, making it ideal for seedlings, hydroponics, and horticulture.

Drying & Forming Final Products
After washing, the cocopeat is sun-dried and processed into various products — 5kg blocks, grow bags, and loose cocopeat. Every batch is tested for quality, consistency, and performance before dispatch.
